Program Manager - Corporate Innovation

About the role:


1.Work with senior leaders to refine the vision, set the strategy, make required grants and contracts, and manage the execution of special projects and strategic partnerships

2. Partnering with different internal teams and external  resources, manage the Innovation team’s influence strategies, partnership development, and communications processes

3. Develop project scopes, frameworks and objectives with the Head of Department, involving all relevant stakeholders regarding the innovation and business transformation project

4. Manage a project timeline, team working and client expectation. Plus, highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues.

5.Collaboratively working side-by-side with the interdisciplinary team from the beginning till the project finishes.

6. Establish, coordinate and maintain relationships with the client and third parties/vendors.

7.Ensure the project deliverables are handed over properly under the consultation standard.

8.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

9. Serves as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders, including interactions with strategic partner executives.

10.Represents the project in various project governance and inter-department forums and publishes periodic project status reports.

Facility Manager

Responsibilities

·  overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on

·  supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security

·  ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained

·  managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness

·  allocating and managing space

·  ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

·  advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness

·  overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments

·  drafting reports and making written recommendations.

·  Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments

·  Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards

·  Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations

Program Lead

About the role:


We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the newly created position of Program lead. This position's primary responsibility is to design, lead, manage, and market various Programme, as well as to act as the sole owner of the assigned Program running at CII CIES

 

Some of the specific responsibilities are as follows:

·  Collaborate closely with the Head to design, develop, and manage various programmes from the centre

·  Create and implement a strategy for outreach, scouting, evaluating, selecting, and onboarding high-quality, innovative startups.

·  Own, develop, and execute a rolling calendar of operational and engagement strategy for the entire community, including donors, startups, investors, incubators, institutes, corporates, mentors, advisors, and domain experts, both internally and externally.

·  Good understanding of the entrepreneurship ecosystem and access to it in order to provide high-quality startups and innovations to the programs

·  Create reports as needed.

·  Act as a liaison between clients, businesses, and CII CIES across the regions.

 

Qualifications and Skills

·  A master's or bachelor's degree is required, as well as at least 2 years of experience.

·  Experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, incubators, or incubation consulting firms is required.

·  Be able to manage Stakeholder relationships, including structural and operational procedures.

·  A network in the entrepreneurial ecosystem is required.

·  Demonstrate strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

·  Ability to work with diverse groups including businesses, entrepreneurs, major corporations, universities, the public and economic development organizations. 

Program Executive

About the role:

 

The Programme Executive is a key support function in the team working with the Head and a team of technical advisors to ensure efficient and effective administration and compliance with corporate requirements. The Programme Executive will also have responsibility for the management of specific projects, working closely with the relevant advisors. Other responsibilities will include community development, event management and communications.

 

Responsibilities

·  Conduct outreach activities to target client group, other organisations and the community.

·  Conduct programmes based on client needs.

·  Develop informative materials for clients.

·  Executing programme activities.

·  Identify areas of improvements in programmes.

·  Maintain daily records on Program progress.

·  Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders.

·  Provide programme updates to supervisor.

·  Support the review and development of programmes based on corporates needs.

·  Work with other departments to execute programmes.

 

Experience, Skills or Competencies required:

·  A degree in development studies, social science, communications or another relevant discipline.

·  3 years’ experience in a similar role.

·  Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

·  A high standard in English, both spoken and written.

·  Strong administrative, organizational and project management skills.

·  Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

·  Ability to work as part of a team.

·  A very high standard of personal integrity

·  Ability to priorities effectively and work to deadlines
