Currently unable to predict runner failure, the idea solution would be for a prediction model to detect impending failures of metal runners.

Desired Outcome- Prediction Algorithm ( with correlation of temperature from thermocouples)

Energy audit of a plant is done to understand the process in details, but it is mostly on the historical data & thus the real time variations in the process are not getting captured, It will be useful to have this modeliing in order to operate the plants close to thermodynamic energy /Exergy limits and gap analysis if any. 


Expectation - Expects the Process simulation with advanced analytics like AI/ML models to provide diagnostics & insights in efficient operation at eqipment as well as plant level.

Prediction of failure of staves

Currently unable to predict the staves failure. Drop of temperature in furnace by ingress of water inside it when staves fail, this leads to increase in fuel demand from the furnace. Facing abnormalities in furnace operations.

Desired Outcome- 1. Prediction of failure of Staves - using highly sensitive sensors and data driven decision making.
Technology that can convert solid waste into energy with high realibility & repetability which can handle wide variety of  waste as input

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR A STARTUP

-> You have an innovative tech solution in the Process Modelling, Solid Waste to Energy, Waste Water Treatment with low energy intensity, Carbon Capture & Sequestration which meets one of problem statement.

-> Your business is a growth stage start-up or scale-up.

-> Your business has at least 2 full-time team members.

-> Willing to travel to the locations for implementation
